About
Job searching should not be a second job.
CareerPilot exists because looking for work became work. It carries the part that grinds you down, and hands back every decision that matters.
The problem is not that there are too few jobs.
It is that finding the right ones takes an evening, and then another one. You open the same tabs, read the same listings, and discover that most of them were never going to suit you. An evening disappears and nothing has moved forward.
Underneath the lost hours is the harder part: not knowing. Not knowing whether the good one went up on a day you were busy. Not knowing whether the role you skipped was the one. Most tools answer that by giving you more to read. That is the wrong direction.
What CareerPilot is
A career employee, not another tool.
Something you employ. It does the work while you are elsewhere, tells you what it did and why, and stops before the decision that is yours. It is not a job board, and it is not a recruiter. It is not paid by employers and has no interest in who anybody hires. You are the customer, which is the only arrangement that lets it work for you.
What it does, and where it stops.
Both halves matter. A product that only advertises the first half is one you find the limits of later, at a worse moment.
- It reads what is new, every day.
It does not find roles that were never posted publicly. - It checks each listing against the terms you set.
It does not judge pay, seniority or industry on its own, because most listings do not say enough. It shows those to you. - It prepares the application for the matches worth your time.
It does not send anything. Sending takes your click, and no setting changes that. - It writes from your real experience.
It will never add a role, a title or a result you did not have. - It tells you when it is unsure.
It does not guess to look more capable than it is.
Trust and control sets out all of this in full, including what we store and who can see it.
The line we will not move
Nothing is sent without you.
CareerPilot prepares the application, shows you all of it, and waits. There is no setting that turns this off, no plan that removes it, and no future version that quietly changes it. Your name goes on the application, so sending it is yours to do.
CareerPilot and Tolopilot
CareerPilot is a product of Tolopilot.
Tolopilot LLC is the company. CareerPilot is what it builds for the job search. Whatever carries the Tolopilot name does the work, shows how it reached its answer, says what it does not know, and leaves the decision with you. You should rarely need to think about the company behind it, and that is the intention.
CareerPilot is made by Tolopilot LLC. We are new, and we would rather look after the people who arrive properly than chase numbers. We do not publish customer numbers or outcome statistics, because we do not have honest ones yet.
Press, partnership or platform questions: write to support@tolopilot.com. See Contact for what reaches whom.
