Where CareerPilot works

CareerPilot currently supports opportunities located in the United States. Support for additional countries will be introduced only after each market has been fully verified.

• •We match them against your background and your stated preferences.

The limits

• •The controlled beta is open to adults based in the United States who are looking for roles located in the United States. Both answers are asked separately and neither is guessed from the other.
• •We ask whether you are authorized to work in the United States and whether you will need sponsorship, and we keep your answer as you gave it. We do not verify it, we cannot advise on it, and it does not change which roles you are shown.
• •CareerPilot prepares the application and shows you all of it. You send it. It does not submit anything to an employer on your behalf.
• •Roles located in countries we do not support are not matched to you, even when our sourcing can see them.
• •Market availability may change, and this page is where it changes.

Can I take part if I live somewhere else?

Not during the controlled beta. This first group is open to adults living in the United States who are looking for work in the United States. Where you live and where you want to work are different questions, and we ask both rather than assuming one from the other, but for now both answers need to be the United States.

Do you cover international remote roles?

Only when the role is open to people based in a country we support. A remote role advertised as worldwide is not matched to you unless it is open to the United States, because we cannot confirm the rest.

Our sourcing already sees roles in these countries. We do not match them to you, because we have not verified what serving them properly would take.
