Senior Product Manager

Fintech company · Remote (U.S.) · $135,000 to $155,000

Why this matches

  • Remote. You selected remote roles only.
  • Salary starts at $135,000. Your minimum is $120,000.
  • Product Manager. This is one of your selected titles.
  • This role is posted by the hiring company, not an agency.
  • United States. This is where you said you can work.

What the listing does not tell us

  • The listing does not say how large the team is. CareerPilot will not guess.

Documents ready to review

  • Your tailored resume is ready.
  • Your cover letter is ready.
  • Answers to three application questions are ready.

What you hold

Seven things that stay yours.

Your approval

Nothing is sent without you. CareerPilot prepares the application, shows you all of it, and stops. Sending it is yours to do.

Your information

Your resume, what was read from it, the preferences you set, and every decision made, so you can check them. Nothing is sold. Nothing reaches an employer through CareerPilot, because CareerPilot does not send applications.

Honest use of your resume

Everything written for you comes from your own experience. CareerPilot presents your real work well. It will never add a role, a title or a result you did not have.

Secure payments

Card details go directly to Stripe, the payment processor. No card number ever reaches us, so we hold nothing that could be exposed.

Export and deletion

Both are one click in your account, at any time, whether or not you are paying. Deleting removes your resume and everything built from it.

A real person

Write to support@tolopilot.com and a person replies. Not a form, and not a bot. Support is answered by the team that builds the product.

It tells you when it is unsure

When a listing does not say enough to judge, CareerPilot flags it for you rather than guessing. Nothing is set aside without a reason you can see.

If you want the specifics

The detail, including the limits.

Open any of these. We would rather set out CareerPilot's limits now than have you discover them later.

What CareerPilot reads well today
Where a job is based, and whether it is remote, hybrid, or on-site. Listings state those clearly, so those are the preferences CareerPilot applies for you. It does not judge pay, seniority, or industry on its own, because most listings do not say enough. It shows those to you instead.
What it cannot do
It does not send applications for you. It cannot find roles that were never posted publicly, and it cannot get you an interview. What it can do is make sure the opportunities you asked for were not missed while you were busy.
Exactly what we store
Your account details, your resume and what was read from it, the preferences you set, and a record of the decisions CareerPilot made so you can check them. Nothing is sold. Six companies process it for us, and they are named in the Privacy Policy.
Who else would ever see it
Today, nobody outside the companies that run CareerPilot for us. You apply yourself, so an employer only ever hears from you. If sending were ever offered here, it would happen for one application you authorize, at that moment, and never as a setting. An employer is not one of our providers: it handles your application under its own policy, and once it has a copy we cannot reach it, correct it, or delete it. You can ask us exactly what an application would contain before anything is sent.
Getting your data out, or removing it
Download and delete are both one click in your account, whether or not you are paying. Deleting removes your resume and everything built from it, including drafts, matches, and notes. It takes effect immediately.
Where we are as a company
CareerPilot is made by Tolopilot LLC. We are new, and we would rather look after the people who arrive properly than chase numbers. We do not publish customer numbers or outcome statistics, because we do not have honest ones yet.
