You upload your resume once and set your preferences. From then on CareerPilot reads new listings as they are posted and checks each one against what you asked for. What qualifies is prepared for you. What was set aside is kept too, with the reason, so you can check the call rather than take it on faith.

CareerPilot reads your titles, your dates and what you were responsible for, then shows you what it understood so you can correct anything. Anything you correct there is corrected everywhere else. If you would rather not upload a file, you can type the same details instead, and they are used the same way.

No. Everything written for you comes from your own experience. CareerPilot presents your real work well, and it will never add a role, a title or a result you did not have.

It checks the things listings state clearly: the role, where the job is based, and whether it is remote, hybrid or on-site. Those are the preferences it applies for you.

It does not judge pay, seniority or industry on its own, because most listings do not say enough to judge them fairly. It shows those to you instead.

CareerPilot flags it for you rather than guessing. Anything it could not judge is kept and marked, never quietly dropped, and nothing is set aside without a reason you can see.

The United States. CareerPilot matches opportunities located in the United States, including remote roles open to people based there. Roles in countries we do not support are not matched to you, even when our sourcing can see them.

Card details go directly to Stripe, the payment processor. No card number ever reaches us, so we hold nothing that could be exposed.

Nothing is sold. Download and delete are both one click in your account, whether or not you are paying, and deleting removes your resume and everything built from it.
